VIRGINIA BEACH -- A man police say robbed two missionaries last month is in jail. Jason Edward Chapman II, 25, was arrested Monday afternoon. The missionaries had stopped their bicycles to look at a map when Chapman pulled a knife and robbed them, investigators say. The robbery occurred on Susquehanna Drive. Chapman is charged with two counts of robbery.

NORFOLKA 61-year-old doctor in Virginia Beach is going to prison for fraud. Ronald Poulin was sentenced in federal court yesterday to five years and three months in prison for health care fraud, making false statements relating to health care matters and altering records to obstruct an investigation. U.S District Judge Mark S. Davis also ordered Poulin to pay more than $790,000 in restitution.
